Our founder, Halima Yaslam, has been involved in homemade, nourishing and revitalising oils and cream, embarking to create an effective range of her own since 2011.
The inspiration for HY Products came from her kids and the busy lifestyle they live in. Since her kids come from a mixed race background, they all had a variety of hair and skin types to cater to. As they are a chemical free family, harsh chemical based products were generally avoided.
Then from 2011, Halima started to make homemade, oils and creams that were suited to her whole family. After seeing how nourished her children's hair and skin had become, she started sharing these products with her extended family and close friends. They always came back for more!
Halima was encouraged to start selling these products, as oils like Black Seed Oil has many internal and external benefits and are hard to find in the markets.
When formulating products, our key consideration is to ensure that only the best quality natural and organic ingredients are used. Knowing how busy life can get and how hard sticking to a multiple step routine can be, our goal is for you to receive maximum benefit with little time and effort.
